MASHEGO SCENTS - TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Mashego Scents. These Terms govern all orders and purchases made via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or any future website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. You agree that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. An order is confirmed only after full payment is received and you receive a confirmation from us on WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.
We accept EFT / Bank Transfer and Cash on collection in Burgersfort. For EFT, use your name as reference and send proof of payment to 082 537 8152.
Orders are dispatched only after payment reflects.

6. Delivery
We deliver nationwide via courier Guy and other couriers. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery fees are additional. Delivery times are estimates and Mashego Scents is not liable for courier delays.
Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed to the courier. You must provide a correct delivery address and contact number.

7. Returns and Refunds
We have a separate Refund & Return Policy.
7-day returns for unopened, unused products with seal intact. No returns on opened, sprayed, used, sale, or custom-made scents.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos or video.

8. Product Disclaimer
Our fragrances are inspired by designer scents. We are not affiliated with the original designer houses.
Scent performance varies by skin chemistry and storage. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
For external use only. Do a patch test before use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

9. Custom Orders
Custom blended or personalized scents are made on request and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

10. Intellectual Property
All content including the name Mashego Scents, logo, images, and descriptions is owned by Mashego Scents. You may not copy or use it without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are not affected.

12. Privacy
We collect only what we need to process your order: name, phone number, address and order details. We share information only with our courier partners to deliver your order. We comply with POPIA.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will apply from the date it is posted.
