1. Courier Partner

We deliver nationwide with The Courier Guy. We do not deliver to PO Boxes - please provide a physical address.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment reflects.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time with The Courier Guy

• Main centres: 1-3 business days after dispatch

• Outlying areas: 2-5 business days after dispatch

• Burgersfort and surrounding areas: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and exclude processing time.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

• Nationwide delivery with The Courier Guy: From R120

• Free delivery may be offered during promotions.

You will receive the exact delivery fee before payment.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp from 082 537 8152.

6. Local Collection

Free collection is available in Burgersfort by appointment only.

7. Address and Failed Delivery

Please ensure your physical address and phone number are correct.

If The Courier Guy cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us. Redelivery will be at your cost.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Please inspect your parcel on arrival and record an unboxing video.

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.
